Job Description
This is a brand new role based within the new SaaS arm of a well established, successful business. It is ideally suited to a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive who can drive digital marketing initiatives for the new software. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and the skills to develop and implement effective strategies to promote and sell to a target audience.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote new software across various digital channels, including email, social media, PPC advertising, and other online platforms
Delivering engaging and informative content for digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages, highlighting benefits and features
Utilising analytics tools to track and analyse digital marketing campaigns’ performance
Managing and optimising PPC advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising platforms to generate leads and conversions
Developing and maintaining email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking
Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels and initiatives
Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats and adjusting marketing strategies accordingly
Skills Required
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on promoting and B2B software solutions
Strong copywriting skills to deliver content in line with the marketing strategy
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including email marketing, social media marketing, PPC advertising, and other online platforms
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), Google Analytics, and Google Ads
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions to maximise sales
Creative thinker who can develop innovative and compelling digital marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach to work
