Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, successful and ambitious team within a dedicated sales role. They are happy to provide training, but you will need to bring a strong desire to learn and succeed

Your role will involve:

  • Reaching and exceeding individual sales targets

  • Winning new business from local businesses, to maintain & develop existing business

  • Helping to contribute to company goals, promoting all products & cross-selling

  • Making the required number of quality telephone calls daily

  • Generating the required number of face-to-face meetings

  • Developing meaningful relationships with the Marketing Managers/owners of local businesses

  • Actively participating in sales meetings & subsequent team activities

  • Ensuring internal working relationships with other departments are in the best possible order

  • Ensuring all administration is in line with company policy & procedure

  • Professionally representing the company at all times

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

  • High energy levels - ‘sales hungry’ - with an upbeat & positive outlook

  • Interest in media, marketing & communications - able to sell a concept/solution

  • Confident on the telephone, as well as face-to-face

  • A self-starter, highly motivated, professional and engaging

  • Personable, relationship-builder

  • Natural organisational & prioritisation skills; a pro-active ‘game-planner’

  • A ‘hunter farmer’ mentality - able to win new business & account manage

  • Sales experience would be an advantage, but is not a pre-requisite
