A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and results-driven digital marketer to join a small, but ambitious and growing charity as a Digital Marketing Executive.


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and drives sales on the ecommerce site.  The successful candidate must have a passion for digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset.

Your role will involve:

  • Website management - Update and continuously optimise two Shopify eCommerce websites (B2C and B2B).

  • Identify and implement possibilities for SEO improvements.

  • Campaign delivery - Support on the planning and implementation of all marketing campaigns across online and offline channels

  • Coordinate with external agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives such as online advertising and retargeting campaigns

  • Create and manage content for marketing channels such as social media posts, email and website content

  • Coordinate with designers to create compelling and visually appealing digital assets

  • Regularly monitor and analyse the performance of the website and marketing campaigns

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

  • Min 2 years proven experience as a Marketing Executive in B2C online environment.

  • Keen interest and experience in eCommerce and digital marketing tools / techniques

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, experience of GA4 and Shopify Reports a plus

  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills

  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and email campaign tools a must, Shopify, Mailchimp and/or Klayvio eCRM experience preferred

  • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Suite and marketing automation tools is a plus

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience managing social media platforms

  • Experience setting up and managing Google and Meta adverts a plus
