Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a successful and well-established professional services firm operating in the property industry.
The Marketing Manager will support the busy commercial agency team and assist on wider corporate marketing and business development activities.
There will be a focus on growing and improving their digital and social media presence, although it will be a varied role, so a flexible and hands-on attitude is essential.
Your role will involve:
Social media - promoting properties, news, deals and transactions
Producing and deploying digital and print mailing campaigns
Producing agency property details
Producing pitch decks and presentations
Producing communication pieces, event invitations, confirmations and follow-ups
Maintaining website - content creation, SEO and performance
Growing our digital presence, profile and reputation
Collating and publishing newsletters, industry updates, though leadership and opinion pieces
Collating and preparing content for web blogs and social posts
Liaising with PR, creative and technical agencies
Assisting with corporate marketing campaigns, activity and planning
Assisting at events
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
Previous experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within professional services.
Excellent written English, able to craft compelling b2b copy across various platforms
A great eye for detail, with creative flair and an interest in design/visual communication
Excellent digital marketing skills
Confident communicator able to build effective working relationships at all levels
Organised, calm under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines
A team player, who enjoys working collaboratively but can also focus on solo projects
Experience gained in, or working agency-side for, a property or professional services business
A qualification, or experience, in corporate marketing
