Job Description
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a highly successful, vibrant and fast-growing organisation in a pivotal, varied role. You will be an experienced, confident self-starter with outstanding organisational skills and exacting attention to detail who is quick thinking and client orientated (and loves a spreadsheet!)
Your role will involve:
Rolling out and bedding in a newly implemented project management software system, becoming a super user, overseeing best practice and use, advising on set up of more complex projects and acting as a liaison between client services, operations and bookkeeper
Providing financial operational support, supporting finance activities across the whole project lifecycle
Carrying out financial administration, ensuring the company’s financial processes run to time and are accurate - acting as a checkpoint at critical times in the process
Preparing financial reports, analysing data, and providing insights to support decision-making
Streamlining business workflows and processes, contributing to the development of new and the adaptation of existing processes to support the smooth running of the business including employee, client and supplier journeys
Carrying out general business activities, support and owning internal projects, activities and future vision
Building effective relationships with external partners such as: IT support, payroll services, bookkeeper, HR services, recruitment services and associated software suppliers
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
Solid experience within a similar role, gained within a B2B focussed environment
Passion for accuracy, detail, organisation and communication
Proficiency in project management and financial software, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges head-on
Confidence and resilience is a must
