Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA with marketing knowledge to join a small but well-established team.

Responsibilities

  • Take on bookings and compliance checks at review meetings and new business

  • Look after the director’s diary

  • Instigate and manage regular e-mail campaigns.

  • Assist with basic office duties, Royal Mail, renewals of services, bills for accountant, petty cash

  • Office Admin – scanning of docs to system and updating database so that remote team can function.

  • The PA will need to understand financial services compliance regulations – this can be learnt on the job.
