A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, well organised and client focused digital marketer with strong ecommerce skills to join a growing team as a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager.
Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, and leading the digital marketing team to drive revenue and conversion rate across all sites/stores.
The role is to work for a trusted partner to a broad and exciting mix of International B2C brands trading in markets including Professional Sports, Social Influencer, Health & Lifestyle and Homewares, acting in a similar vein to a digital agency.

This opportunity will suit you if you have a good knowledge of working on campaign strategies that bring together all digital platforms. You will need to think on your feet and help execute campaigns involving the full spectrum of digital marketing disciplines, working mainly on eCRM, CRO, Paid and Organic search, Digital PR and social media.

Hampshire - Commutable from Southampton, Romsey, Eastleigh, Winchester

Responsibilities

  • Managing campaigns and the development of brand assets. You will be expected to drive creative and develop ideas, working with both internal and external digital teams to implement and execute those ideas.

  • Gain in-depth understanding of client needs and the opportunity to develop integrated digital marketing strategies with and for them, interfacing with client teams and adding maximum value.

  • Applying your knowledge and experience to create client proposals for campaigns and digital applications.

  • Understanding of channel attribution and the ability to make tactical decisions in order to increase performance.

  • Having a true handle and understanding of site metrics and data, monitoring KPIs and reporting and delivering to targets and budgets.

  • Monitoring client campaigns to ensure they are delivering against agreed objectives.

  • Developing strong client relationships and making sure we exceed their expectations, managing requirements day-to-day and delivering regular reports to share successes.

  • Handle multiple clients, with multiple needs.

Skills Required

  • Experience in a similar previous digital marketing position is essential

  • Experience with managing a team is required

  • Knowledge of all digital marketing channels is a must

  • Experience with digital SAAS platforms such as Shopify, Big Commerce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp will be required

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, organic and paid, integrations, best practices, and analytic

  • Strong analytical ability, using both GA4 and native tools

  • Driven, ambitious and passionate about everything digital – Always up to date on the latest trends and technologies
