Job Description

This is an exciting, broad and varied role working for a lovely organisation nestled in the Hampshire countryside. It’s ideally suited to an experienced marketer looking to join a fun, vibrant team.

Responsibilities

· Overseeing the development of an annual sales & marketing plan & ensure execution of all key projects/activities
· In conjunction with senior management, managing the business’s brand guidelines, media positioning & core value and ensuring the in-house design team adhere to them
· Producing engaging, thought-provoking, insight-driven pieces for advertisers & their agencies on lead networks, mainly via B2B Email, Web & Social Media channels
· Ensuring there is a ‘live’ set of credentials that can form the basis for pitches
· Network Presentations – making changes of a major nature as & when required
· Creating media packs & other specific sales materials
· Mock-Up’s & Photo Library – as needed for pitches; updating photo library as required
· Developing, managing & maintaining network consumer audience insights
· Developing insights into key advertising client sectors to support sales approach
· Undertake regular benchmarking exercises across the sector to assist develop business competitive advantage where necessary

Skills Required

· In depth B2B marketing experience, ideally gained within a marketing agency or similar
· High energy levels – upbeat & engaging, with a positive outlook
· Experience and interest in the wider media, marketing & communications sectors
· Strategic thinker
· Audience insights & research experience and data/analytical skillset
· Natural organisational & prioritisation skills
· High level of attention to detail
· A self-starter, with creative flair
· Copy-writing capability and design/visual comms competency
· Hands on approach
· People management experience
