This is an exciting, newly created role working for a well-established construction organisation with an excellent sustainability track record. Having overhauled their marketing plans, this position will work closely with the Marketing Manager, helping to strategies and roll out a robust, varied marketing communications strategy

**There is an option for this position to be worked part time for the right candidate**

Your role will involve:

  • Creating and scheduling accurate and engaging long/short format content, such as case studies and blog posts, liaising with internal and external teams as required

  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in planning, implementing, and executing marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Planning, implementing and executing multi-channel marketing and internal communication campaigns, company events, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars, attending as required

  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights

  • Coordinating PR initiatives and managing media relations

  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance data, preparing and presenting detailed monthly reports

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in marketing, communications, public relations etc

  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Proven experience in content creation across various formats and platforms

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Ability to produce engaging, valuable, and relevant short/long format content across various platforms, creating and conveying messages accurately, clearly, and persuasively

  • Good organisational and project management skills, proficiency in analysing marketing data and metrics

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing

  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and Content Management Systems
