Job Description
This is an exciting, newly created role working for a well-established construction organisation with an excellent sustainability track record. Having overhauled their marketing plans, this position will work closely with the Marketing Manager, helping to strategies and roll out a robust, varied marketing communications strategy
**There is an option for this position to be worked part time for the right candidate**
Your role will involve:
Creating and scheduling accurate and engaging long/short format content, such as case studies and blog posts, liaising with internal and external teams as required
Supporting the Marketing Manager in planning, implementing, and executing marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives
Planning, implementing and executing multi-channel marketing and internal communication campaigns, company events, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars, attending as required
Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
Coordinating PR initiatives and managing media relations
Monitoring and analysing campaign performance data, preparing and presenting detailed monthly reports
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in marketing, communications, public relations etc
Previous experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
Proven experience in content creation across various formats and platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to produce engaging, valuable, and relevant short/long format content across various platforms, creating and conveying messages accurately, clearly, and persuasively
Good organisational and project management skills, proficiency in analysing marketing data and metrics
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing
Understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and Content Management Systems
