This is a great opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a well-established and thriving business during an exciting phase as they launch new services. As Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in delivering the marketing activities to drive growth, working closely with the CEO and overseeing one Marketing Executive, to be recruited once you start

Utilising Hubspot, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns across channels, protecting and championing brands and continuously measuring and reporting on marketing performance. These activities will be performed with the goal of supporting key sales objectives

Note that due to the rural location of the office it is essential that you have access to a car

Your role will involve:

  • Owning and executing the marketing plans

  • Acting as custodian of the brands, reporting on progress and key developments, investigating ways to develop brand awareness

  • Initiating and developing ideas, working with internal teams to produce varied, engaging and cut-through content to promote brand awareness and generate leads

  • Managing the company’s websites

  • Improving engagement on all commercial social media channels

  • Managing both inbound and outbound marketing, utilizing content and CRM data, and promotional channels such as paid search, social, and PR to ensure that all marketing is fully integrated

  • Coordinating and executing relevant events, webinars and trade shows

  • Tracking marketing expenditure and providing regular updates and accurate reporting

  • Management of one Marketing Executive who you will help to recruit when you join

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar field

  • Proven experience within B2B Marketing, with at least two years at managerial level

  • Thorough and working understanding of Hubspot or a similar CRM such as Marketo, Pardot or Force24

  • Creativity, analytical and strategic thinking skills, and excellent communication, presentation and writing skills

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC and digital marketing best practices

  • Self-motivation with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
